Job Brief

We are looking for a Mortgage Trainer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for new and existing mortgage staff. The primary focus is to ensure employees are well-versed in mortgage products, regulations, and processes. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify training needs, create effective training materials, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Adapt strategies to overcome obstacles and ensure successful learning outcomes.

Requirements

  • Degree in business, banking, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with a strong understanding of mortgage products, processes, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in using training software and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to simplify complex information and convey it.
  • Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Successful completion of a Train-the-Trainer program.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in training, with a focus on conducting sessions for diverse groups.
  • Patient and approachable, with a genuine interest in employee development.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
