Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Project Lead to join our team. This role reports to the Program Manager and is responsible for leading the architecture, design, development, and deployment of automation products for the mortgage industry. The position involves planning, coordinating, and managing activities across the delivery lifecycle, working closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and project stakeholders.
The candidate should have strong expertise in .NET architecture/design patterns and hands-on experience in automation projects using Angular, Web API, jQuery, .NET, AJAX, Python, and MS SQL Server as the backend.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide technical direction for the development, design, and integration of mortgage products from requirements through implementation.
  • Architect and contribute to technical solutions from design to code level.
  • Participate in technical discussions and design reviews.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative technical solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to manage delivery risks and issues.
  • Resolve and/or escalate issues promptly.
  • Ensure code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing are completed effectively.
  • Manage and mentor developers, supporting their professional growth.
  • Work as an individual contributor or lead a team based on project requirements.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA).
  • Minimum 6+ years of experience, with atli>
  • Hands-on experience in developing multi-tiered, object-oriented, and distributed architecture applications using Angular, Python, C#, ASP.NET Web API, AJAX, HTML5, and SQL Server.
  • Strong knowledge of relational database design and SQL development.
  • Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade software.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
