Job Description:

The Client Engagement Lead is responsible for the identification, development and growth of client projects, and regular/timely engagement with respective clients. This role is a support liaison between the sales, operations, technology and finance teams respectively.

Key Responsibility Areas

    • Work with Client Engagement team and service managers to create Scopes of Work which include elements of the project, deliverables, implementation timelines.
    • Maintain templates and consistency of Scope of Work for all clients.
    • Maintain ZOHO with signed scope information and other client data.
    • Respond to, or delegate to appropriate staff, questions and issues on a wide range of Lender Solutions Group topics.
    • Maintain client information and documentation in ZOHO to ensure a smooth “hand-off” of relationship to appropriate team members.
    • Administer Project and Client Services Evaluations by gathering client feedback and reporting out to service teams.
    • Builds and monitors long range account plans and relationship maps.
    • Assist in the development of proposals, contracts and RFP responses.
    • Contributes to annual planning and quarterly updates across portfolio of accounts.
    • Provides assistance in due diligence and vendor approval requests. Includes being accountable for timely follow-up with all parties in completing tasks within required timeline.
    • Obtains data from Operations teams and prepares PowerPoint presentations for Weekly, Bi-Weekly and Monthly Client calls. This may also apply to any “called” Client meetings.
    • Provide research/data on client and help in mapping out Client Growth Plan.
    • Maintain SharePoint Groups relative to the Client Solutions Team.

Must Have

    • Graduate/Post-graduate in marketing/sales/operations.
    • Experience using CRMs like ZOHO, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.
    • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • A go-getter with an exceptional work ethic.
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Critical thinker that has strong analytical skills.
    • Self-starter who possesses exceptional time management skills and has great attention to detail. Must act independently and be self-driven to prioritize and manage projects to successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that cultivate strong business relationship quickly.

    Additional Requirements

    • Willingness to work in nightshifts.
    • Willingness to extend and/or work on weekends during business exigencies.
