Job Description:

The Marketing Manager position oversees the planning and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns for Indecomm’s products and services. The Marketing Manager will work with the marketing, sales, and design teams to initiate digital and print campaigns with the overall goal of generating leads and increasing revenue. This is a full-time, remote US position. Minimal travel required for industry trade shows or team meetings. Indecomm is an equal opportunity employer.

Key Responsibility Areas

    Working with the Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager will create and organize marketing materials by collaborating with the sales teams and product managers and is responsible for analyzing and evaluating the outcomes of their marketing projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Plan and execute promotional and lead-generation campaigns for Automation, Outsourcing, and Compliance products, with an emphasis on Automation and Software solutions.
    • In conjunction with the Marketing Director, set marketing plan objectives to support the profitability of a business’s products or services.
    • Develop and execute new digital, email, and print marketing campaigns and programs aimed at reaching sales targets.
    • Create and deploy marketing email campaigns through Zoho Campaigns and Zoho Marketing Hub.
    • Measure, evaluate, and provide analyses on results of marketing campaigns to marketing management.
    • Collaborate with marketing management, product managers, the client engagement team, and the sales team to plan and execute marketing and advertising campaigns.
    • Monitor and elevate Indecomm search engine optimization.
    • Monitor competitor products sales and marketing activities and adjust messaging and strategy based on findings.
    • Manage relationship with vendors, as necessary.

Must Have

    • Five+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a focus on marketing plans and strategy/asset execution.
    • BA/BS degree or equivalent required.
    • Experience in marketing and advertising automation products, solutions, and software in either the mortgage industry or non-financial services markets; mortgage industry markets include but are not limited to loan origination systems, servicing, data digitization solutions, Robotic Process Automation, Workflow/Business Process Management, and Machine Learning.
    • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
    • Experience with CRM management; Zoho One CRM preferred but not required.
    • Experience with marketing automation systems and buyers’ journey campaigns; Zoho Marketing Hub preferred but not required.
    • Excellent planning, analysis, evaluation, and organization skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills with teams and vendors.
