Job Description:

Reporting to – Head of HR
Min relevant experience : 2 years

Key Responsibility Areas

Must Have

    • Graduate / PG in relevant field.
    • Good oral & written communication skills.
    • Proficient in working on MS office, especially MsExcel and PowerPoint, and Internet.
    • Ability to work as a part of a team.
    • Employee Engagement: Take ownership of all events, activities, and communication towards engagement as per the engagement calendar – Cultural events / festivals, Sports/games, birthdays, Fun on the floor, quarterly R&R awards function. Diligently follow up and verify all R&R nominations, arrange for the commensurate awards and timely distribution.
    • LMS & Training Coordination: Take ownership of the Induction process of new joiner, Administration of site-wise LMS, ensuring assignment of the new hire LMS courses to every new joinee. Track and follow up for completion within given TAT. Assignment of Annual Refresher Trainings/Compliance courses to all employees.
    • Compile the Skills Matrix to derive the Training Needs Analysis. Roll out the Training calendar in consultation with all the stakeholders; keep track of course roll out, attendance, completion and feedback.
    • Data Tracking: All trackers and reports including Induction feedback analysis, LMS new hire course completion, Engagement and Training calendars, R&R nominations, service awards, birthdays, the Cost Report, and all HR communication towards all activities need to be maintained rigorously with accuracy, and rolled out / shared within given timelines.
