Job Description:

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic Tech Sales – BDE/Sr. BDE person to join our growing sales team. The Inside Sales Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for the development of the lead generation program and nurture outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns for SaaS solutions.

Open for USA shifts as EST (5:30 PM – 02:30 AM IST) or (6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibility Areas

Must Have

    • Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing, and following up on leads and appointment setting for external sales team.
    • Collaboratively work with the sales, marketing team and Indecomm leadership to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers.
    • Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Initiates and participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect.
    • Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
    • Effectively communicate and present the Indecomm SaaS solutions and value proposition to customers.
    • Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management.
    • Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently.
    • Developing and maintaining strong relationships.
    • Demonstrates a commitment to the technology industry staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations, and trends.
    • Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas.
    • Ability to mine, build, maintain and update calling/e-mailing databases in a CRM/Excel.
    • BDE (Min. 2 to 4 years)’ OR Sr. BDE (4-6 years) experience in Scheduling F2F, Telephonic, Skype & other digital meetings.
    • Excellent communication skills & ability to build and nurture data to leads to opportunity.
    • Prior IT services experience in Cold Calling for SaaS Solutions, Automation, and IT services. Also be able to LinkedIn research and outreach (additional to daily calling).
    • Must have experience in handling direct clients in global markets specifically across USA.
    • Have prior experience in Requirement gathering or RFP/RFQ/RFI from customers.
    • Good to have knowledge on IT services, SaaS solutions, Learning solutions (LMS).
    • Track record of achieving/exceeding month-on-month leads/appointment setting targets.
    • Must have experience in handling North America geographies.
