Indecomm Appreciates Ambition 

Indecomm believes in providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals based on merit, qualifications, and abilities. Through our Indecomm University program, we hire, train, and educate new graduates in mortgage processes, technology, operations, and automation. This program gives aspiring new professionals the opportunity to gain the knowledge and experience required to advance in the BFSI and fintech sectors. In addition to our internal training program, Indecomm also gives its employees the opportunity to get industry certifications in mortgage banking and/or pursue specialized training.

We understand the importance of employee development, and that an ongoing effort is required to upgrade the skills, knowledge, and abilities of our workforce. This is achieved through a planned training and development program each year. Inputs are taken from various sources like performance reviews, feedback sessions, and skill gap analysis. Equipped with the results of this assessment, a discussion is held with each process owner, and customized learning programs are conducted each year through internal and external programs. If you are ambitious and want to grow, we probably have a program that will help get you closer to your goals!

Indecomm Gives Back: It Feels Really Good! 

Indecomm supports causes and organizations that help build better communities, including helping orphaned children and the underserved. Indecomm’s “We Care to Share,” “Mission Smiles” and various other programs support a wide range of initiatives such as food drives, serving lunch, donating clothes, supporting flood victims, blood donation camps, school supply drives, undertaking renovation work at certain orphanages, providing groceries, medicines to some of the orphan childcare centers in and around the cities we operate, and sponsoring education for orphaned children. Indecomm also donates to various non-profit organizations. The list is actually quite extensive but you get the drift.

Indecomm understands the need for a positive and vibrant work environment that leads to a satisfied and motivated workforce. We’ve seen it first-hand: a workforce with a fun atmosphere can also accomplish more. Indecomm has a calendar-based program in place which involves fun events, activities, wellness programs, charitable involvement, etc. This not only helps our employees feel connected but also helps build friendships, spirit, and cohesiveness amongst the entire workforce.
