Job Brief

We are seeking freshers for a Semi Voice role in our US Mortgage Tax Calling process. This position involves interacting with U.S. tax authorities via calls and emails to obtain property tax information, assess delinquent amounts, and compile tax data into client templates. As an Associate, you will gain hands-on exposure to U.S. mortgage operations, focusing on property tax data collection, analysis, and timely communication with stakeholders. Roles Responsibilities

  • Contact local U.S. tax authorities via phone or email to gather property tax information
  • Accurately calculate tax amounts, including delinquent taxes, and complete client templates
  • Prioritize and process orders based on criticality and ensure delivery within defined TATs
  • Initiate mailaways where required, based on client or process instructions
  • Attend all team trainings and actively engage in continuous learning
  • Meet daily productivity targets and adhere to quality and turnaround time SLAs
  • Maintain proper documentation and escalate any discrepancies as per process guidelines
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management

Requirements

  • Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline
  • 0–1 year of experience in an international (US) voice or semi-voice process preferred
  • Familiarity with US mortgage or title insurance processes is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good email writing and documentation abilities
  • Typing speed of 25+ WPM with at least 90% accuracy
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and comfortable with basic data analysis
  • Quick learner, team player, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
