Executive / Senior Executive – Inside Sales
Job Brief
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive / Senior Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads, managing outbound campaigns, and supporting the external sales team in driving pipeline growth for Indecomm’s SaaS solutions. This is a high-impact position suited for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and experience in IT or SaaS environments.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and nurture outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and leadership teams to design and implement lead-generation strategies.
- Conduct cold calls and email outreach campaigns targeting prospects in the US market.
- Set up appointments and coordinate meetings for the external sales team.
- Effectively communicate Indecomm’s value proposition and product offerings to prospective clients.
- Participate in business development discussions and support proposal creation and pitches.
- Maintain detailed records of activities, leads, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Track and report on weekly/monthly lead generation and pipeline metrics.
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
- Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and mortgage-related regulations.
- Support RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 4–6 years of experience in Inside Sales, specifically for the US region.
- Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting in IT services, SaaS, or automation solutions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed lead generation and appointment targets.
- Proficient in using Excel and CRM tools to manage prospect data and track activities.
- Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Experience in handling client requirements, proposals, and formal sales documentation (RFP/RFQ/RFI).
- Willingness to work in USA time zones (EST shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
