Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Post-Closing Supervisor with a strong background in title and settlement services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the post-closing process, ensuring quality control, and managing a team to meet client expectations and turnaround times.

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Perform quality control reviews of post-closing documents in accordance with client-provided checklists and stacking requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate shipping of closed residential loan packages to lenders.
  • Oversee daily scanning and uploading of files for audit and completion, coordinating closely with scanning, shipping, and offshore teams to meet turnaround times (TAT).
  • Supervise post-closing staff, including training new hires, conducting annual performance reviews, managing schedules, and participating in interviews.
  • Ensure all residential mortgage loans are reviewed per client guidelines.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams to ensure timely and accurate QC completion.
  • Partner with IT and development teams to support seamless onboarding of new clients.
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) annually for both onshore and offshore processes.
  • Lead client communications and participate in partnership calls.
  • Continuously identify and implement process improvements across client workflows.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in post-closing or shipping, including document preparation and file management.
  • Prior experience in a title company or mortgage environment is essential.
  • Supervisory or management experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.
  • Ability to learn and navigate client-specific systems and applications.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Capable of training and managing personnel effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings.
