Job Brief

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer – UI Developer with 3–5 years of expertise in UI development and production support. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues related to UI applications while ensuring performance, availability, and stability. Strong skills in Angular, React, and JavaScript, combined with basic SQL knowledge, are essential for this role.

Roles Responsibilities

  • Provide production support and enhancements for UI applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Monitor application logs and proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Backend, Product, and Operations) to investigate and resolve incidents.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and recommend long-term solutions.
  • Apply strong React, Angular, and JavaScript expertise to debug and resolve UI-related production issues.
  • Use SQL queries to validate, troubleshoot, and investigate data-related issues.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and best practices to improve knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in on-call support rotation as required.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding issue status, resolution progress, and preventive measures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering/Technology (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA).
  • 3–5 years of experience in UI development and production support.
  • Strong expertise in Angular, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL (queries, data validation, troubleshooting).
  • Experience working in an AWS environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with debugging tools, browser developer tools, and error monitoring platforms.
  • Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle production incidents effectively.
