  Narayan Bharadwaj is the Senior Vice President, Automation- milos. In his current role, Narayan is responsible for automation strategy and execution with a goal of transforming the operations and technology landscape of the mortgage industry.

  Narayan has an experience of over 26 years in the Banking & Financial Services industry with an extensive concentration on consumer lending. Narayan’s career spans executive leadership positions in technology companies serving the banking industry namely, CEO & General Manager of Wipro Gallagher Solutions, President & COO, Financial Services at Docutech Corporation and as a technology executive in financial services organizations such as GE Consumer Finance and Citibank Global Consumer Bank responsible for large global technology programs.

  Narayan is a CPA and a CMA and holds a specialization in Fintech from the University of Oxford.

  Rachael Harris is Senior Vice President of Product Management, Milos. As one of Indecomm’s most influential and knowledgeable product leaders, Rachael has more than 20 years of mortgage leadership and operations experience and has worked across a range of origination functions such as operations management, underwriting management, processing, and closing. As SVP, Product Management, Rachael leverages her extensive mortgage banking experience to advance Indecomm’s product development initiatives and ensure that a product vision will have real-world and game-changing implications for its clients.

  Since joining Indecomm, Rachael has led product management strategy, roadmaps, and implementations for several of the company’s most successful mortgage automation products including IncomeGenius, AuditGenius, and its most recent innovation DecisionGenius, which automates mortgage loan decisioning and underwriting. Rachael holds the belief that innovation must be aligned with practical and proven use-cases. She manages a team of mortgage subject matter experts who work side-by-side with Indecomm’s automation and technology developers to define high-impact features, functions, processes, and workflows that translate to process simplification, greater efficiencies, and cost savings for the client.
