Job Brief

Indecomm is looking for a high-performing National Sales Director to help us meet our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives for Indecomm’s Automation Solutions for Intelligent Automation, Supervised Automation, Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning. This position is a Hunter role and requires “C” level contacts and a track record of building a pipeline and closing deals. This role will be responsible for developing and executing all key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve the company’s financial targets. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in software sales, excellent leadership skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within United States territory.
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company’s customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture.

Requirements

  • Must have a background in Mortgage Industry and a strong track record of selling software products, SaaS Models Platform based technology.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in selling Automation Solutions, preferably in the US mortgage industry.
  • Minimum 10+ years experience in a National/Regional role.
  • Experience selling automation solutions include, but not limited to LOS, Servicing, data digitization solutions, Robotic Process Automation, Workflow/Business Process Management and Machine Learning.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services and position them against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
