Director of Digital Marketing
Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director of Digital Marketing to lead our digital efforts in the B2B mortgage and FinTech sectors, with a specific focus on the U.S. market. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in digital marketing techniques, particularly in SEO, PPC, content, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate has proven experience designing and executing high-impact digital marketing campaigns to enhance website performance, drive qualified lead generation, elevate our brand, and boost customer engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aimed at enhancing web performance, brand visibility, B2B lead generation, and customer acquisition across paid and organic channels.
- SEO & Website Performance: Conduct thorough audits of website performance and SEO to identify optimization opportunities. Develop and implement a keyword strategy to enhance content for conversions. Monitor website traffic and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and related tools to ensure optimal site performance.
- Content Strategy & Management: Partner with the content team to improve SEO and conversion-driven copy across key product and service pages. Develop an SEO-focused editorial calendar to support business goals. Track and analyze content performance to drive continuous improvement.
- SEM & PPC Campaigns: Oversee and optimize Google Ads and other SEM channels, ensuring ad performance aligns with business objectives. Manage multi-platform PPC campaigns (Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn) to maximize ROI.
- Social Media & Email Marketing: Lead our social media strategy, collaborating with the marketing team to develop engaging social media and email campaigns that support brand awareness and lead generation. Maintain and expand social media presence across key platforms.
- Analytics & Budget Management: Manage budgets and daily analytics to track KPIs such as CPC, CTR, and conversion rates. Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for future optimizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Google Ads and Analytics Certifications preferred.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, especially within B2B or the mortgage/FinTech industries.
- Demonstrated success managing SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media campaigns with measurable impact on lead generation.
- Advanced proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, and major CRM platforms.
- Skilled in optimizing PPC campaigns across major search engines and social platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media, email marketing strategies, and landing page optimization.
- Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent written communication skills for producing impactful, high-quality content.
- Highly organized with strong prioritization skills to align campaigns with business objectives.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, balancing individual initiative with team goals.
