Job Brief
We are looking for an HR Executive to oversee the seamless onboarding of new employees, ensuring they are fully integrated into the company. This role involves managing the complete onboarding process, handling HR-related internal and external matters, and maintaining personnel records.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the onboarding journey, welcoming new employees and executing a comprehensive onboarding plan.
- Manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring new hires have a positive experience and are well-equipped for their roles.
- Provide necessary technical assistance for hardware and software setup for new employees.
- Collaborate with managers and teams to facilitate the alignment of new hires.
- Oversee joining formalities and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage personnel files, both physical and electronic, ensuring security and accuracy.
- Enroll employees under ESIC (Employee State Insurance Corporation).
- Maintain HR trackers and generate reports as required.
- Supervise daily HR operations and ensure all HR processes are followed.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with HR policies.
- Identify and implement process improvements, challenging the status quo.
- Innovate onboarding practices to create scalable and measurable experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR onboarding (mandatory).
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Strong ability to work with employees and management at all levels.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent record-keeping abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, with good typing skills.
- Experience with MIS (Management Information Systems) and reporting.
