Executive/Sr. Executive – MIS
Job Brief
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive / Sr. Executive – MIS to support the Executive Vice President – HR in executing projects related to HR policies, automation, market research, and corporate reporting. The role will focus on preparing HR MIS reports, dashboards, and presentations, as well as supporting backend HR operations (US). The candidate should be highly analytical, comfortable with large datasets, and able to work independently with minimal guidance.
Roles Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends and generate meaningful insights.
- Manage and optimize corporate HR-MIS for accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
- Create visually engaging dashboards and decks using Excel and charts for HR metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Support backend HR operations (US), including new-hire onboarding, background verification, training coordination, and exit management.
- Assist in executing HR projects such as automation initiatives and policy development.
- Maintain and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring version control as per ISO standards.
- Communicate policy changes effectively across the organization and ensure compliance.
- Ensure data accuracy, conduct periodic audits, and support HR compliance requirements.
- Assist in audit preparation and execution.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
- Perform other HR-related tasks as required.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline with 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in MIS, HR reporting, or project management support.
- Exposure to market research, social media, and communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a flair for working on large datasets.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently while meeting deadlines.
