Job Brief

We are looking for an HR Executive/Generalist who will support all internal and external HR-related matters, including maintaining employee data, assisting with recruitment, and driving employee engagement initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage and update the employee database (MIS) ensuring data accuracy and security.
  • Maintain employee records, both in electronic and physical formats.
  • Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
  • Administer onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
  • Maintain HR trackers and generate reports as needed.
  • Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities.
  • Oversee daily HR department operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in HR or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in record-keeping and maintaining accurate employee data.
  • Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
