HR Executive / Generalist
Job Brief
We are looking for an HR Executive/Generalist who will support all internal and external HR-related matters, including maintaining employee data, assisting with recruitment, and driving employee engagement initiatives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and update the employee database (MIS) ensuring data accuracy and security.
- Maintain employee records, both in electronic and physical formats.
- Assist with talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
- Administer onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Maintain HR trackers and generate reports as needed.
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities.
- Oversee daily HR department operations, ensuring compliance with HR policies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in HR or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience as an HR Coordinator or in a similar role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient in record-keeping and maintaining accurate employee data.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
