Job Brief
We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Talent Acquisition professional to oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. This role is critical in building a robust talent pipeline and securing top-tier professionals, with a particular focus on the US Mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will align recruitment strategies with the organization’s long-term goals, contributing to the growth and success of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and review job descriptions.
- Develop and revise job specifications and descriptions for selected positions.
- Identify effective recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and industry-specific platforms.
- Create and post compelling job advertisements across relevant channels.
- Engage and manage placement agencies for critical and niche positions.
- Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates through resume reviews and interviews.
- Facilitate interviews and connect qualified candidates with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates on their application status.
- Verify candidate credentials and references.
- Provide guidance to hiring managers during salary negotiations with selected candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing recruitment needs.
- Enhance the company’s employer brand through networking and community engagement, both online and offline.
- Ensure all candidate information is accurately recorded in the Horizon platform and generate periodic reports for stakeholders.
- Represent the organization at job fairs and industry events, managing the company’s booth.
- Stay updated on recruitment best practices and technological trends.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in talent acquisition, particularly in volume hiring.
- Proven experience in recruiting for the US Mortgage industry.
- Proficiency in full-cycle recruitment, using diverse interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Expertise in sourcing candidates via job portals, social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
- Strong motivation and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, candidate-driven market.
- Ability to quickly grasp and explain job requirements for various roles.
- Exceptional networking skills to build a robust talent pool.
- Experience with virtual interview platforms such as Teams, Zoom, or Google Meet.
