HR Executive / Sr. HR Executive
Job Brief
We are looking for a dynamic Sr. HR Executive with a focus on Employee Engagement, Training, and Employee Relations. The role involves driving engagement initiatives, coordinating learning and development programs, managing recognition activities, and fostering a positive work environment that enhances employee satisfaction and retention.
Roles Responsibilities
Employee Engagement (EE)
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver employee engagement initiatives such as Fun Fridays, recognition programs, and cultural events.
- Design and conduct employee surveys, review feedback, and suggest improvements to boost engagement.
- Lead wellness drives, social responsibility activities, and employee connection programs.
- Recognize milestones (birthdays, anniversaries, achievements) and maintain the annual engagement calendar.
- Prepare flyers, presentations, and communication materials for activities.
Orientation & Onboarding
- Conduct new hire orientation within 2 days of joining.
- Assign and track mandatory LMS courses to ensure timely completion.
- Collect feedback and share insights for process improvements.
Training & Development (T&D)
- Maintain a skills matrix to identify training needs.
- Prepare and roll out the training calendar in consultation with stakeholders.
- Track attendance, completion, and feedback for training programs.
Rewards & Recognition (R&R)
- Review and validate nominations, coordinate award distribution.
- Create event presentations and ensure timely recognition.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain trackers and reports for:
- Induction feedback
- LMS completion
- Engagement & training calendars
- R&R nominations & service awards
- Birthday lists & cost reports
- Inventory management
- HR communications
Employee Relations (ER)
- Conduct HR connect sessions and floor walks to gather employee feedback.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and engagement analyses.
- Partner with managers to address employee concerns and enhance satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Employee Engagement, Training, and Employee Relations.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
