Job Brief

We are seeking a skilled Security Engineer with expertise in Antivirus platforms. The chosen candidate will be tasked with enhancing Trend Deep Security, APEX One, VISION One, XDR, and CrowdStrike policies to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of these tools. Additionally, they will analyze existing policies to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations accordingly.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Review existing AV/Anti-Malware policies and offer recommendations for enhancement.
  • Optimize AV platform usage through policy refinement.
  • Identify opportunities to mitigate issues associated with AV platforms.
  • Assist in the design of robust AV policies.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current policies and suggest improvements.
  • Support day-to-day operations of AV tools.
  • Contribute to the development of processes and workflows to support AV solutions.
  • Ensure optimal performance and compliance standards of the Trend Micro security/CrowdStrike environment.
  • Identify and propose process and technical enhancements for the environment.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing AV platforms.
  • 2-3 years of experience in deploying AV platforms and optimizing policies.
  • Proficiency in administration, including configuration and resolution of complex security issues for enterprise endpoints/servers across diverse locations.
  • Thorough understanding of Trend Deep Security, Trend Micro Apex One, VISION one, XDR, and CrowdStrike Antivirus, along with their supporting modules (e.g., Antivirus, Antimalware, IPS, endpoint protection, machine learning, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of Active Directory groups.
  • Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Extensive experience with Trend Deep Security policy implementation.
  • Familiarity with Host-Based Intrusion Prevention Systems.
