Senior Executive – Inside Sales
Job Brief
We’re in search of an enthusiastic individual to join our expanding sales team as a Senior Executive – Inside Sales. As the primary lead generation representative, your focus will be on developing lead generation programs and nurturing outbound campaigns for SaaS solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Prospect, generate, qualify, process, and follow up on leads and appointment setting for the external sales team.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing teams, and Indecomm leadership to devise lead-generation strategies and identify potential customer opportunities.
- Initiate outbound sales activities as part of lead/demand generation strategies.
- Participate in new business pitches, gaining knowledge and expertise alongside the sales team and subject matter experts.
- Effectively communicate and present the value proposition of Indecomm’s SaaS solutions to prospects.
- Track and report weekly/monthly sales lead generation activities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads.
- Work collaboratively in a team environment while also being able to work independently.
- Achieve sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
- Stay updated on new mortgage regulations, product changes, innovations, and industry trends.
- Ability to build, maintain, and update calling/emailing databases in a CRM/Excel.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in IT services, particularly in Cold Calling for SaaS Solutions, Automation, and IT services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 4-6 years’ experience as an Inside Sales representative for the US region.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding monthly lead targets and appointment setting.
- Well-organized with exceptional multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience gathering requirements or handling RFP/RFQ/RFI from prospects.
- Proficiency in basic Excel skills is required.
- Open to working in USA shifts as per Eastern Standard Time (05:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST).
