Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to lead the development of .NET applications and websites. In this role, you will oversee junior developers, ensure high-quality coding standards, and be directly involved in coding, debugging, code reviews, and operational procedure development.

This position requires expertise in Microsoft .NET & C#, MVC framework, and MS-SQL Server. Additionally, knowledge of .NET 4.x, TFS, HTML, XML, CSS, Bootstrap, and jQuery is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, compile, test, and deploy software independently or as part of a team.
  • Coordinate with user groups to ensure smooth implementation and satisfaction of functional requirements.
  • Ensure timely and defect-free software deployments.
  • Submit documentation, source code, and unit test results into TFS.
  • Provide production support, addressing issues with high priority to ensure maximum uptime.
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve software performance and efficiency.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and continuously enhance technical competencies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech) or Computer Applications (BCA/MCA).
  • 3 to 8 years of experience in .NET development.
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills to guide junior developers.
  • Proficiency in .NET languages (C#, Visual Basic.NET, C++/CLI, J#, JScript.NET).
  • Experience with front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap).
  • Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
