Job Brief

We are seeking a seasoned Senior RPA Developer with a proven track record of successful RPA project implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with one or more RPA tools such as Power Automate, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing guidance, designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation workflows. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders, lead the team, and ensure the quality and effectiveness of RPA solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide expert guidance in process design.
  • Design, develop, and thoroughly test automation workflows.
  • Deploy RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
  • Support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions.
  • Generate comprehensive process and end-user documentation.
  • Ensure the quality of automation through rigorous QA processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, Product Owners, etc., to define and deliver impactful projects.
  • Engage directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs.
  • Work closely with development team members to ensure seamless implementation and integration of solutions.
  • Provide support for deployments and troubleshoot production issues, participating in an on-call rotation as needed.
  • Stay updated on relevant technologies and evolving business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent education preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in RPA development.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Power Automate.
  • Expertise in RPA development using Power Automate, UI Path, Automation Anywhere, VBA, or Blue Prism.
  • Proficiency in programming, including scripting and coding.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, etc.
  • Preferred experience with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience in software development using Agile methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
