Job Brief

We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer with a proven track record of delivering successful RPA implementations. Candidates must have hands-on experience with one or more RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. This role requires an independent contributor who can also guide and mentor a team to deliver impactful automation solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design efficient and scalable process automation workflows.
  • Develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using RPA tools.
  • Configure and manage RPA components, including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
  • Support the rollout, implementation, and maintenance of RPA solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed process documentation and user manuals.
  • Ensure automation quality by adhering to robust QA processes.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, QA Analysts, and Product Owners, to define and deliver automation projects.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions.
  • Support deployment and troubleshoot production issues, including after-hours support if needed.
  • Stay updated with the latest RPA tools, technologies, and business processes to enhance solutions.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred).
  • Experience:

    • 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in RPA development.
    • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate.
    • Proficiency in RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, VBA, or Blue Prism.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Strong programming and scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell).
    • Familiarity with HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript (preferred).
    • Experience in Agile software development methodologies.
  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
