Job Brief
We are seeking a Solutions Architect who is responsible for designing and developing tailored solutions for new business opportunities, supporting the growth of existing client engagements, and ensuring regular, effective client interactions. This role serves as a key liaison between Sales, Operations, Technology, and Finance teams to drive seamless solution delivery and client success.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partner with the Client Engagement team and Service Managers to design comprehensive solutions and develop detailed Scopes of Work (SOWs), including project components, deliverables, pricing coordination, and implementation timelines.
- Ensure the standardization, accuracy, and consistency of solution documents, proposals, and SOW templates across all clients.
- Prepare initial responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and solution proposals for non-RFP-based opportunities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, signed scopes, and documentation within ZOHO to support smooth internal handoffs and lifecycle management.
- Act as a subject-matter liaison by responding to, or delegating, client and internal queries across a wide range of Lender Solutions Group topics.
- Administer project and client service evaluations, collect client feedback, and provide insights and reports to service teams.
- Build, track, and monitor long-range account plans and relationship maps to support strategic client growth.
- Contribute to annual business planning and provide quarterly updates across the assigned portfolio of accounts.
- Support due diligence and vendor approval processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and completion of tasks within required timelines.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to gather data and prepare PowerPoint presentations for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly client meetings, including ad-hoc or specially convened client discussions.
- Conduct client and market research to support the development and execution of Client Growth Plans.
- Maintain and manage SharePoint groups and documentation relevant to the Client Solutions team.
Requirements
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Sales, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. mortgage industry.
- 5–7 years of experience in a Solutions Architecture, Pre-Sales, Client Solutions, or similar role.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of independently prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients and senior stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted business relationships quickly.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across functions and organizational levels.
- Strong client-service orientation with sound business acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); experience with ZOHO and SharePoint is a plus.
