Job Brief

Indecomm is looking to hire a Client Solutions Architect. This individual will be responsible for the development of solutions for new opportunities, the growth of client projects, and regular/timely engagement with clients. This role is a support liaison between the sales, operations, technology, and finance teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Work with the client engagement team and service managers to develop solutions and scope-of-work documents including elements of the project and deliverables. Coordinate pricing and implementation timelines
  • Maintain templates and consistency of solutions, proposals, and scope of work for all clients
  • Prepare an initial response to RFPs or proposals for non-RFP-based opportunities
  • Maintain Zoho with signed scope information and other client data
  • Respond to, or delegate to appropriate staff, questions and issues on a wide range of topics for the Lender Solutions Group
  • Maintain client information and documentation in Zoho to ensure a smooth hand-off of relationships to appropriate team members
  • Manage project and client services evaluations by gathering client feedback and reporting it to service teams
  • Build and monitor long-range account plans and relationship maps
  • Contribute to annual planning and quarterly updates for the portfolio of accounts
  • Provide assistance in due diligence and vendor approval requests. Be accountable for timely follow-up with all the parties in completing tasks within the required timelines
  • Obtain data from operations teams and prepare PowerPoint presentations for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly client calls and “called” client meetings
  • Provide research/data on clients and help in mapping out client growth plans
  • Maintain SharePoint groups relative to the client solutions team

Requirements

  • Graduate/post-graduate in marketing/sales/operations
  • Knowledge of the US mortgage industry
  • 5-7 years of experience in a similar role
  • A go-getter with an exceptional work ethic
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet deadlines
  • A critical thinker who has strong analytical skills
  • A self-starter who has exceptional time management skills and attention to detail. Must act independently and be self-driven to prioritize and manage projects until successful completion, multi-task, and work within tight deadlines
