Solutions Architect
Job Brief
We are seeking a Solutions Architect who plays a pivotal role in developing solutions for new opportunities, driving the growth of client projects, and maintaining regular and timely engagement with clients. Serving as a liaison between the sales, operations, technology, and finance teams, this role ensures seamless coordination and delivery of solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Client Engagement team and service managers to develop comprehensive solutions and Scopes of Work, encompassing project elements, deliverables, pricing, and implementation timelines.
- Maintain templates and ensure consistency in Solutions, Proposals, and Scopes of Work for all clients.
- Prepare initial responses to RFPs or proposals for non-RFP based opportunities.
- Manage ZOHO platform, updating it with signed scope information and relevant client data.
- Address questions and issues related to Lender Solutions Group topics, either directly or by delegating to appropriate staff.
- Maintain client information and documentation in ZOHO, facilitating smooth transitions of relationships to respective team members.
- Administer Project and Client Services Evaluations by gathering client feedback and reporting outcomes to service teams.
- Develop and monitor long-range account plans and relationship maps.
- Contribute to annual planning and quarterly updates across the portfolio of accounts.
- Provide assistance in due diligence and vendor approval requests, ensuring timely follow-up and completion of tasks.
- Obtain data from Operations teams and prepare PowerPoint presentations for Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Monthly Client calls, as well as any other client meetings as needed.
- Conduct research and provide data on clients, assisting in mapping out Client Growth Plans.
- Maintain SharePoint Groups relevant to the Client Solutions Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, sales, or operations.
- Profound knowledge of the US mortgage industry.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record as a proactive individual with exceptional work ethic.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Self-starter with exceptional time management skills and acute attention to detail. Must excel in independent work, prioritization, multitasking, and meeting tight deadlines.
