Position Description

Indecomm is a national provider of a suite of solutions for the mortgage industry. Indecomm is known for delivery cost reduction and risk mitigation services while giving our client various options to scale their business. Indecomm has built six Automation platforms over the past 25 years for businesses that have a positive impact in the life cycle of a mortgage loan. Indecomm works with lenders, loan servicers, title companies and investors to improve their profitability. With a sharp focus on speed, accuracy and customer service, Indecomm delivers these solutions to over 200 companies across the nation.
Indecomm is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Inside Sales/Client Success Manager. This is a full-time, benefits eligible position.

The CSM develops, maintains and interacts with new and existing customers to increase sales. The specialist is also charged with implementing sales strategies, campaigns and conference support designed to demonstrate the features and benefits of the products to achieve increased sales and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilites

  • Contact prospects through, but not limited to, phone calls, email, live chat and social media to communicate Indecomm’s competitive advantages.
  • Coordinate meetings for the sales team and usher prospects further into the sales funnel.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Management and Account Management to facilitate new programs, messages, campaigns and offerings.
  • Ensure both reporting and communication are frequent and bi-directional.
  • Attend conferences as required.
  • Coordinate through Zoho updated materials with digital creation and social media team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in and inside sales (preferred), sales support, or client service.
  • Experience in financial services, mortgage or real estate.
  • Highly organized self-starter with a strong client focus.
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work independently and be a team player.
  • Someone who has managed and designed inside sales campaigns.
