Job Brief
US Benefits Administration is responsible for reviewing, validating, and processing benefits administration cases in accordance with applicable U.S. benefits guidelines, SOPs, and state-specific regulations. The role requires strong subject-matter expertise, sound judgement, and a commitment to staying current with regulatory and industry developments. You will also play a key role in guiding and supporting team members to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistent service delivery.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Apply strong problem‑solving skills to evaluate cases and connect process elements end‑to‑end.
- Maintain thorough and current knowledge of U.S. benefits administration standards, state-level requirements, and organizational SOPs.
- Review, validate, and close cases ensuring all guidelines and compliance norms are met.
- Achieve daily targets and meet all defined SLAs.
- Provide training, coaching, and floor support to team members, including new joiners, to enhance accuracy and productivity.
- Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with leadership for process improvements.
- Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in any discipline.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in U.S. Benefits Administration.
- Strong understanding of U.S. benefits processes including new business, renewals, and documentation requirements.
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint with the ability to create clear, compelling presentations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and case documentation.
- Ability to make sound, fact‑based decisions.
- Flexibility to work day or night shifts, including weekends if required.
